Key Responsibilities:

• Support FP&A leader in terms of financial planning and analysis to achieve AOP/budget ,growth and margin optimization
• Weekly pulse with segments P&Ls to provide timely risk and opportunities analysis to leadership team
• Own month end regional closing reporting package and regional closing tracking across 10 manufacture sites across region. Be familiar with HFM reporting mechanism
• Regional office – China HQ month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and other ChinaHQ assigned tasks
• Support internal control function and balance sheet review in the region for risk analysis and implement proper internal controls
• Other ad hoc task as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.

5 years of experience in finance or related field.

Strong interest in finance and willingness to learn.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
